How is your data stored and shared?

The data you provide is stored electronically and is encrypted. Your data will only be shared with the relevant nursery managers/senior team. Your data will be deleted once it is no longer needed. If you wish for your child to attend childcare sessions at any Kangaroo Pouch nursery, our Privacy Notice for Parents will apply, which can be obtained from the nursery. If you wish to apply for a job, our Privacy Notice for Applicants will apply.

 

Deletion of data

All data is deleted once no longer necessary to keep. For example if you request information regarding our childcare services, but you do not register in the end with us, your data will be deleted with immediate effect.

 

Data subject rights
